In the Santa Maria area you will have access to all the main services , in addition to transportation, there are groceries , tobacco , scooter rentals and boat rentals, access to the sea , docks , bars and restaurants. Composed of two double beds and two single beds , plus large kitchen. The garden is a quiet place to relax in the afternoon.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
