The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

About 300 m (2 minutes) on the left you will find a wooden gate. Seven at home!!

Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for the clothesline). Please note that the terrace can be used until midnight. No visitors
