Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden in a quiet neighborhood where you can't tell if it is a weekend or a weekday. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are amazingly comfortable, the reclining couch and loveseat are great for relaxing. Everything you need for the beach is included in the rental. The private fenced in backyard allows you monitor your pet while enjoying a cup of coffee. Enjoy a guest Netflix account and high-speed internet from XFINITY all included in the rental.

Take a break and explore beautiful Venice in this cozy studio. This unit has its own separate entrance and access to the backyard, ensuring you have plenty of privacy during your stay. While the other part of the house may have guests, rest assured that your space is completely independent, with no shared access. Two bedroom, 2 bath updated home in a quiet neighborhood, near Venice Beach. Privacy fence surrounds the backyard, palm trees line the front yard. Enjoy a screened in pool with a cup of coffee, relaxing on the patio, while, watching the squirrels play, blue jays and cardinals fly around the large Mango tree, and Magnolia tree, or end your busy day with a night swim under the stars with the outdoor night lights on. Either way, its a relaxing way of life near Venice beach!

. Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. This ideal vacation home with swimming pool sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures, or families with kids. There is no BBQ on the property.

BEAUTIFULLY renovated home. Inlcudes access to community pool, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and short drive to grocery stores, theaters, restaurants and beaches. 30 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Airport and 2 hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. TRAVEL INSURANCE! Florida weather is unpredictable! I strongly advise you purchase Travel Insurance to cover costs in case of a last minute cancellation!
