There are 3 large queen beds, a large kitchen, 1 bathroom, a spacious art room with vaulted wood ceiling and an L shaped comfortable couch. Upon entering our home you will be in the living room, a large spacious area designed with style and class, highlighted by a large gray couch along with a TV with smart connectivity. On your left there’s the entrance to the art room followed by an entrance to the Kitchen. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. Venice Beach is home to Bird and Lime Scooters where you can rent a electric scooter easily to zip around the beach. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Including music, television, people, etc. Respecting neighbors and the neighborhood is taken seriously, complaints from neighbors will result in 100% loss of deposit and immediate end to reservation with no refund. - Smoking is only allowed outside, please respect your health, our home and neighbors - Please make sure to keep all doors and windows locked. - Reservation is for your group only. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. Live your LA fantasy in your sunny home away from home, in the heart of hip and trendy Venice, just off Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Immerse yourself in the Venice experience in this serene, modern home just blocks from the beach, Abbot Kinney, and the famed Venice Boardwalk. Venice, a vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhood, preferred by actors, artists, creatives and musicians, is home to an eclectic and creative community. It is full of unique, independent shops and restaurants, the Venice Canals (with beautiful walk-streets along the water), and a Friday Farmers Market. Just a short walk from the house is the newly popular Rose Avenue with a diverse range of restaurants and boutiques including very popular Venice Beach Wines and Cafe Gratitude. The area provides easy access to the 10 and 405 Freeways, the Santa Monica Mall, the Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, Downtown LA as well as many hiking trails in the local Santa Monica Mountains . You can walk, or cycle to all of the new "see and be seen" Abbot Kinney cafes and boutiques, or enjoy a long bike ride along the bike path from Malibu to Hermosa Beach. Just a 10 minute walk up Rose Avenue is the popular Whole Foods supermarket and just 15 minute to Trader Joe's supermarket by car. Our home DOES NOT have air conditioning. The master bedroom upstairs has a standard King bed, wall mounted TV with all cable and movie channels and a full bath with separate bath tub and shower. There is a large walk in closet which can also be used as an additional bedroom for children if needed. In addition to the master bedroom upstairs, there is also a large open living room with hardwood floors, private patio and working gas fireplace. Downstairs you will find a second bedroom with concrete floors a Queen size bed, large walk in closet and bath with shower. This room has french doors which lead out to a large private outdoor patio. The first floor living space consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen with a wall of floor to ceiling windows spanning the west wall looking on to an allee of trees which create the most beautiful dappled light. The living space has a large wall mounted TV with all cable and movie channels. The kitchen has viking appliances, filtered water, custom cabinetry and ceasarstone counters. All bills, utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Contact the host for daily rates as a film location. Specs: -2 bedrooms-Upstairs Master Bedroom with ensuite master bath with shower and tub. Most of the reviews that you see about the construction happened during a time that they had an earth mover and were digging for the foundations.
