Lavish linen upholstered furniture throughout and the most luxurious bed and sheets you’ll ever experience. It's the perfect combination of quiet location, privacy, comfort, and convenience. The guest house is Eco-friendly and maintained with envirmentally safe products for you and the earth. From the organic paint on the walls to the natural cleaning products used before each guest arrives to the hypoallergenic soaps for the linens and towels. The guest house is located at the rear of the property. Your access onto the property is via California Court, (alley) which runs between California Ave. and Milwood Ave. The entrance is secured with safe and easy to use electronic locks. For security, each guest has their own specific access code. Guests have a landscaped patio area right outside the guest house entrance where you can relax in privacy. I will be available to help throughout your stay. Should you require anything additional during your stay, please just ask and I'll be glad to accomodate you in anyway I can. You can't beat this location! My tranquil guesthouse is located on one of the most sought-after street in Venice, surrounded by internationally acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and art galleries and all that Venice has to offer. Just steps to Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Bike or walk, (bikes provided) to the beach and along the boardwalk to Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica. You certainly won't be needing a car if you're only planning to visit Venice. My guest house is literally a one minute walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd. and a ten minute walk to the beach. Walking and biking are your best modes of transport and will give you the opportunity to see more of what Venice has to offer. If you plan on venturing out of Venice there are several transportation options: No designated parking. Street parking only. Please be aware street cleaning is on alternate sides of street Wednesday and Thursday from 9am -11am. Please check street signs before parking. There is a large overly friendly Newfoundland dog lounging around the property. His name is Luke and he's usually napping and sometimes looking for someone to pet him. He’s super friendly and completely passive. You can't beat this location! I stayed here as a tenant on multiple trips. I loved it so much that I bought the place and moved to Venice! Only one, queen-sized bed, but there's a large couch and baby crib. Strict check-in time (no earlier than 2pm) and check-out time (no later than 11am), to allow for thorough cleaning. Ideal for one person or one couple.
