Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Kayak of 2 supboarden zijn er bij te boeken. Ook zijn er fietsen, deze mag je gratis lenen. De badkamer is 1 stap buiten de pipo en helemaal alleen voor jou/jullie.
