Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Yary yurt

The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

HAUS28 – A-frame with hot tub in the Bavarian Forest

A private hot tub under the stars, plus a modern A-frame in the middle of the forest: HAUS28 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 designer bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an electric charging station. In the evening, the fireplace crackles in the garden, and in the morning, hiking and biking trails and ski slopes start right outside the door. 8 guests, self check-in, free parking. Only 45 km from Passau, near the Bavarian Forest National Park – perfect for families and groups of friends.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

House on the water

A large, spacious house, just a few metres from the lake. On the edge of the forest. The house offers maximum comfort, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. A spacious living room with a fireplace and a view of the water. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place offers peace and comfort, and there is also a small boat available. The house is fenced.

Zahrada

A garden with a cottage above Sušice, where you can look at Kašperk, silhouetted on the horizon, from the bed. In the morning, a misty haze rises in the Otava Valley and you can enjoy coffee overlooking the sunrise over the Šumava hills. It's a stone's throw to Sušice for a cake at Rendl's bakery. The town itself offers many activities, you can go down the Otava, walk the path in the treetops, swim in the weir or go out for lunch to the famous restaurant on Svatobor (Hejlík aprooved).

Work hall four

Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to arrive and feel good, with space for 2-6 people. It is the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with its breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.

Chalupa Annín

An attractive private cottage is situated under the forest above the village of Annín, near the Otava River, 8 km from Sušice on the border of the Šumava National Park. Great place for a vacation for a large family and a party of friends. Maximum capacity 10 people. Accommodation is also possible with dogs, the property is fenced. Fully fenced property at the end of the local road, safe for your children and four-legged pets.

Ve Volšovech

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is an apartment with its own entrance in a quiet part of the village with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Free internet access, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, kettle, ...). Water from our own well (baby water), heating by official heating. Outside, there is available with a fire pit and barbecue.
