Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. New refurbished for a long time on a 4 year long estate. (Discontinued farming) There is a private entrance where you can stay unharmed from the landlord. It is 6 km from Hillerød city centre and 2 km from Allerød station, with bus stop100 metres from the accommodation. And a great opportunity for parking on the grounds. View of fields or garden. There is a charming atmosphere on the farm. It's Morten Korch style. Located on the road with 50 km restriction. Moderate traffic morning and night. You are borrowing an apartment of 50 m2 on the 1st floor of a separate house of 100 m2 with newly refurbished rooms on the 1st floor and a bathroom on the ground floor (1st floor). The first floor is well insulated and with new windows, and the floor consists of 2 bedrooms and an intermediate aisle with sofa and TV. Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds, which can be combined. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds. This means that there is room for 4 overnight guests. The house was built in 1915 and is a former tub workshop.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. Charming house in a great location. The house has 3 rooms and a loft as well as bathroom and kitchen. It is sorrounded by a very nice garden and has access to its own south facing terrace with garden furniture. Unique beach-house

Nice annex.

My home is located close to Søllerød Nature Park, which is a very large and beautiful natural area. Søllerød golf club is located five min. walk from the house and so is Gammelholtegård with art exhibitions and restaurant. By car you can get to Copenhagen in 15-20 minutes. With public transportation approx. 30-45 min..It's cozy inside and out.. My place is great for a single guest, or business travelers. Here's peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings
