On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Välkommen till fina Rosenhill! Här hittar ni en charmig vinkelbyggd skånelänga som är belägen i det skånska landskapet med kuperade beteshagar och vacker utsikt. Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
