Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cosy guest house in the countryside close to the sea! It is close to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to pearls along the south coast like Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a sandy beach several kilometres long, borrow a bike from us to take you here! Abbekås has a lovely harbour with a jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also the restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
