Welcome to the country in the heart of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops, you'll find this fully equipped cottage to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase leading up. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
