The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Mysigt gästhus med soldäck nära till havet

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

This architecturally designed villa with sea views on Resarö is very peaceful. The living room has 7 meter high cealing. The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed.
