Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19 sqm stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
