Comodo per 4 persone, aria condizionata zanzariere e Wi-Fi in tutti locali, completa la casa un terrazzo vista lago di circa 10 mq , ideale per colazioni all’aperto e momenti di relax .

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

It is located in the picturesque village of Vararo, a hamlet of Cittiglio at an altitude of 725 metres. This option is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You'll find routes suitable for all hiking abilities. (We have chosen not to have Wi-Fi, and there is limited signal inside the house.)

It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
