Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
