Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La casa della volpe e il tasso is a delightful, simple accommodation option that offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It is located in the picturesque village of Vararo, a hamlet of Cittiglio at an altitude of 725 metres. This option is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You'll find routes suitable for all hiking abilities. (We have chosen not to have Wi-Fi, and there is limited signal inside the house.)

Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
