Situé au cœur du quartier historique, ce studio de 38m2, confortable et élégant, bénéficie d’un jardin partagé au sein de la propriété fermée. Un espace cuisine/repas, un salon avec canapé, un espace nuit (lit 140) . Les thermes sont à 15 mn à pieds. Il est possible de se garer gratuitement à quelques mètres pour décharger ses bagages et de parquer gratuitement sa voiture sur les quais de la Volane (très court avec des escaliers mais possibilité de passer par la rue). Commerces à proximité.
