Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Bonjour ! Je vous accueille été / hiver aux Clarines, notre maison à La Grave dans le hameau des Terrasses. J'habite au rez-de-chaussée et je loue mon studio au premier étage, accessible de plein pied. Le plus de notre maison : une superbe vue sur le massif des Ecrins ! Je vous accueillerai avec grand plaisir dans ce village très convivial. Et si vous avez besoin de conseils : à votre disposition ! Draps et serviettes à votre disposition en location : 10 euros. The apartment has a living room with relaxation area (TV, single sofa bed 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and shower, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 1 person) and a terrace.

The accommodation is spacious, with beautiful views of the Dévoluy range. Occupancy is flexible from 2 to 6 people. For 4 there is a bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The base price is for 4 people, we apply an extra €20 for the extra room. It is well-equipped and recently renovated, comfortable and bright. For safety reasons we do not accept small children or dogs. We speak English and Italian.
