Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture.
