Superb view! 4-star garden villa with hot tub.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
