38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Very nice modern apartment with private garage,air-conditioned city center near shops,restaurants , historic center, 40 m2 on the 3rd and top floor(without elevator). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge,freezer,dishwasher, induction stove,oven,microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,dryer) open to the living room with storage , desk area,TV,an independent bedroom (queen bed) with dressing room, shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.

Quiet and peaceful village apartment.

I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.

Easy check-in since you park in front of the studio and have direct access to the keys, regardless of your arrival time.
