Our lovely cottage, which sleeps 8 people, is rented out in the summer (when we are not using it ourselves. A few rentals each year). 4 bedrooms, 4 comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Lovely enclosed garden, wonderful large conservatory with dining area, beachfront property with jetty (300 m). There is space for relaxing at tables. 2 bedrooms are in a small annex. As is one of the bathrooms. Patio and barbecue. Also, a covered patio with lounge furniture. Sun loungers for 6 people at present. Not rented to groups of young people.

5 min from the water's edge

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Cozy private apartment of 70 sqm with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace. Access to fire garden, trampoline and cozy courtyard. The apartment has 2 single beds or a double bed (as desired), possibility of extra bed and weekend bed for children. Free parking. On the farm there are chickens (no roosters) and clinics with massage, reflexology, KST, acupuncture and facial treatment.
