The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Studio allowing 2 people accompanied by a child to stay, in a charming place reminiscent of mountain chalets. It offers a sunny balcony in the morning but also a large terrace for more space. The kitchen although simple offers the essentials, when in the bedroom it is spacious with its high ceiling, its exposed beams and its small living room or extra bed. When it is cool and during the winter a pellet stove offers its flames and mild heat.

Come and discover our region of Bugey, with its many walks, lakes, marshes of Lavours... located in the countryside in the center of the village near small shops ( grocery / bakery). Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta
