It is 10 minutes by tram from Jean Medecin (main commercial area of the city) and 15 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and beach . it is very well connected by buses as by the tram which is 2mn walk from the studio, shops and restaurants nearby. the tram takes you to the airport. Nearby train station.
