Welkom bij appartement Dichtbij; jouw urban escape! Wat fijn dat je onze bijzondere plek hebt gevonden. Het appartment is een heerlijke accommodatie in de Brabantse Kempen. Op geen kilometer afstand wacht een adembenemend stukje natuur op je. Trek je wandelschoenen aan voor een ontspannen wandeling, start je dag met een ochtendrun of trek erop uit met de fiets. Laat je verrassen door de groene oase die perfect in balans is met de hippe vibe van je verblijf. Relax, verken en laat je inspireren!

Uniek huis, prachtig uitzicht, zwembad op het park

Ons huis staat op een prachtige plek, op park Posterbos. Gelegen aan de rand, met een grote tuin met veel privacy op het zonnige zuiden. Het huis is recent compleet vernieuwd, waarbij onder meer een nieuwe, grote keuken is geplaatst, nieuwe badkamer én vloer. Het hele huis is voorzien van sfeervolle Philips HUE verlichting. Uniek is de grote glazen pui aan de achterzijde. In de huiskamer leidt een trap naar de vide met twee bedden. Aan de voorkant is een tweede slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed.

Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Efteling 3km, Beeksebergen 19km of om te wandelen/fietsen/mountainbiken in de bosrijke omgeving met de Loonse en Drunense duinen op loopafstand. Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt een prachtig landelijk uitzicht. Indeling: woonkamer, open keuken, 2 slaapkamers en badkamer. Vide: extra zithoek, tv en slaapruimte. Op de Bosscheweg, pal tegenover Hotel v.d Valk ligt ons huis met rondom bomen en waterpartijen. In de tuin is het werk-atelier van de voormalige bewoner omgetoverd tot een heerlijk gastenverblijf. Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.

You can sit in the shadow of an 100 year old oak tree. For the adventurous type we have something very special, when you stay at our house you get the key for an old World War II bunker that's on the property. That is a great play house for children.
