Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

We live surrounded by nature, surrounded by orange groves. 5 minutes by car from Lliria, where there are all the services and metro to go to Valencia. Valencia city is a 30-minute drive. It is a separate guest cabin, separated from the main house where we live. It has a private bathroom with shower, gas campsite, microwave and fridge. It has a private terrace and you can use the other outdoor spaces (barbecue, garden, pool).

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and countryside setting. Two kilometers from Gandía with its cultural offerings and services, and a five-minute drive from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty-minute drive away, is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is a visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both towns about thirty minutes by car.
