Room no. 5, 22 sq. 2 stairs up (without elevator ) with two single beds 80x190cm that can either be placed as a double bed or each, Window room with private bathroom and AC, the bedroom is 13 sqft and bathroom and hall 9 sqft. The door to the room is the old original door that we have kept but inside the ceiling height is very generous. The house is centrally located in Cocentaina near, Palacio Comtal and the main square, Plaza Vener Escuder with Mercat Municipal. There also the local market is every Thursday.

This room is ideal for those who want to be several days in the northern area of Valencia or Valencia. It is private and cozy, with freedom to use the kitchen and dining room and can be parked on the street easily. It is in a village of 2500 inhabitants surrounded by orange trees that has many services less than 300 m: Charter, pharmacy, polideportivo, bars.. There is a beachside shopping center (2 min drive). There is a train stop in the village, and metro a 3 min drive away.

In the best area of Nazaret, close to the beach, the port and the City of Arts and Sciences. We are Toni and Raquel, we offer breakfast with coffee, toast, ham with tomato or pastries, included in the price. A large terrace with barbecue, shower, vaporizers and a patio.
