Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Das knapp 30 qm grosse 1-Raum-Apartment hat eine ausreichend ausgestattete Kockecke, eine Bar-Esskombination, ein Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und ein Doppelbett. Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (cold/hot air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

For 2 adults, no children, no pets only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 m long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.
