Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

From there, you can access the kitchen, equipped with appliances and dishes. The house has a nice bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning.

It is about 300 m from the pedestrian area, about 450 m from the bus stop and about 700 m from the marina. A few dozen meters away are also a characteristic bakery, a supermarket, various bars, newspapers and a pharmacy. The accommodation was entirely renovated in 2022.
