Blacksmith's workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a wine pantry, reached by a wooden staircase with staggered steps. A second black iron staircase leads to the intermediate mezzanine where the study is organized. The balustrade becomes the worktop and overlooks the double height. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The floors are in resin-coated concrete and part with tiles in recycled cement paste; the upper floor is finished with parquet. Particularly unique are the vintage furnishings, the lighting of the rooms and the contemporary art paintings by a young Sicilian artist-designer. A comfortable and very pleasant stay awaits you in an apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, bedroom, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom, full kitchen, washing machine, fridge and terrace with relaxation corner. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment. The house is 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops.
