Detached stone house, furnished with local traditional objects and family memories. The spaces are organized on two floors: below the dining room, the half bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with the fireplace; on the mezzanine floor, the small library with two comfortable armchairs; finally, above the bathroom with the shower, the double bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds and finally the bedroom with single beds. The highlight of the house is the large garden overlooking the mountains.

Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Check-in possible on 1/7 8/7 16/7 23/7 1/8 8/8 16/8 23/8 possibility to modulate during the fortnight. In the village of St Chaffrey 300 m from the comfortable residence slopes, linens included, many activities for lovers of the mountain, heated pool, arrival outside the weekend so quiet road and without traffic jams. The "Old Fir" is a completely renovated and new studio apartment, decorated with care and love because this is the family home. In the center of Oulx , comfortable, views of the mountains and woods. Thoughtful decor in the smallest of details. Wood floors, warm colors, and cozy atmosphere. Balcony with south exposure, so always in the sun, and overlooking the garden.
