The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Small cozy cottage completely renovated, by the river at the entrance to Héry sur Ugine (10 min from Ugine, 25 min from Albertville). Great for a couple wanting to recharge their batteries in the mountains. Departure of hikes from the village, and close to the family ski resorts. 5min des Rafforts , and 15-20min des Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Chalet J&J

Located at the foot of the Aravis and Col de l'Épine, we offer independent accommodation on the grounds of our house in Marlens. This chalet is ideal for 1 to 4 people to enjoy the region in summer and winter: 10 min drive to Lake Annecy, 35 min to Annecy city Ski resorts: 45 min La Clusaz Megeve/Saisies Cross-country skiing 20 minutes away (Charvin sector) Hiking trails nearby. Bike path 2 min. Possibility of contact for paragliding sessions.
