Omaa rauhaa 40 neliön minimökissä. Valmiit vuoteet ja pimennettävät huoneet. Mökkiä voi viilentää tai lämmittää. Ikkunoissa hyttysverkot ja ulko-ovessa ötökkäverho. Pihasaunassa lämmin suihku + polttopuut kiukaan lämmitykseen. Keittiönurkassa voi valmistaa omia aterioita. Kaikkiin toimintoihin hyvät ohjeet. 2huonetta, 2WC:tä ja 2TV:tä. Lähtiessä vain omat jäljet pois. HUOM: Puulämmitys ja lemmikkitalous voivat aiheuttaa oireita herkille. Portaat ja epätasainen piha voivat hankaloittaa liikuntaa!

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva mökkimajoitus Siikalatvan Pulkkilassa vain 2,5 km nelostieltä mäntymetsän ympäröimänä. 2 makuuhuonetta, olohuone, keittiö ja vasta remontoidut wc, khh, suihku-ja saunatilat. Tiellä saattaa kulkea ratsukoita, hidastathan kohdatessa. Lähimpään kauppaan n.3 km. Kiinteistössä ei ole sähköauton latausasemaa tai mahdollisuutta ladata sähköautoa. Autoa ei saa ladata ulkopistorasiasta. Pulkkilan ABC sijaitsee lähellä ja siellä on hyvät latausmahdollisuudet.

Pihalla tunnelmallinen kota, jossa nuotiopaikka ja noin 600m2 koira-aita. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Ei wlan. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilennyksellä. Rokuan upeat maisemat suoraan mökin ovelta. Talvella hiihtoladut muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Rokua Healt & Spakylpylähotelli sijaitsee 3,5 km päässä.

No ehkä syksyn pimetessä voidaan tuoda tänne ihan sähkövalokin... Ulkohuussi on ja juomavesi tuodaan. Lisää saapi hakea naapurista. Lämpöä antaa porinmatti ja saunaan saa nostaa ämpärillä veden järvestä. Mahdollista myös vaihtaa tuo pallorilli kaasu käyttöiseen. Kahvinkeitin ja mikrokin varustuksesta löytyy.😉

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.
