The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

The first floor with an entrance, an impressive, airy living and dining area with kitchen island and garden view as well as a bedroom celebrates the community. Upstairs there are three more double bedrooms. From here, the view over the lake with Alpine panorama also opens up. The sauna house awaits in the garden.

Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.
