I rent out my cozy newly renovated apartment. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people who want to experience Copenhagen. There is a nice living room, with sofa, TV, wifi and green plants, as well as views of green areas. The kitchen is new and equipped with everything necessary for cooking, as well asher and microwave. The bathroom is bright and modern and is also brand new. There are good transport options close by such as bus, train and metro, so you can be in the centre of Copenhagen in under 30 minutes.

Beautiful little annex overlooking the garden

Welcome to our lovely bright annex , here it is possible to stay in a 3 minute walk down to Utterslev bog, with its own entrance and terrace, which can be used by guests. Our home is located with only 5 km to the center of Copenhagen and there are buses from the front door and directly into Copenhagen city center. The annex has a private bathroom and a kitchenette where it is possible to prepare smaller meals. It is possible to sleep up to 4 people, 2 people on the loft and sofa bed respectively.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

The apartment is located at Hulgårds Plads with easy access to public transport: just 150 m to the nearest bus stop and 900 m to Nørrebro Station, where you can hop on the metro. Town hall square is located 5 km away and it takes approx. 27 minutes with public transport. The home fits 5 guests, with sleeping arrangements for 5, a dining table that seats 5, and a spacious sofa for everyone.

Cozy apartment in up and coming neighborhood. Close to Copenhagen center, but situated in a peaceful and green area. From the window, you have a lovely view of Utterslev pond with ducks and trees. it's a 5 minute walk to bus 5C, which will take you straight to Copenhagen center and it’s 3 stops with the bus to Nørrebro (metro), the most trendy and multicultural neighbourhood in Copenhagen. It's also possible to rent city bikes or electric scooters to get around the city.
