Charming small apartment in great surroundings

Pretty little in-law with private entrance, small kitchen with dining area and a small bathroom with shower. There is a lot of forest and meadows all around. So it's perfect if you want to bring your four-legged friend, who's always welcome 🐕😉 There are wonderful hiking routes all around, including some with destinations where you can stop and enjoy the scenery. Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Public transportation to Frankfurt by Bus and S-Bahn (to Frankfurt Main Station approx. 50min). Please check the house rules for more details as well.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house and can be reached via the central staircase. The purely residential area is located in a quiet location, but so centrally that the bus stop for the city bus can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg with the core city is 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by public city bus.   The non-smoking apartment is designed for two people. If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.
