An English bathtub in the double bedroom. Perfect home for bikers with a bicycle garage. Outside, a large fully fenced garden and an exclusive patio where breakfast is served. Barbecue available. The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Spacious apartment with one double bedroom and one double sofa bed, garden with barbecue fruit trees and views of the Montefeltro hills. Cozy kitchen with fireplace but also current appliances, you can eat outdoors on the lawn or under the porch from where you can watch the sunset. Serene and pleasant atmosphere. In the event of excessive consumption, which can be verified by the electricity/ water meter, which do not fall within the common standards, a proper charge will be applied.

The farmhouse where we live and where we invite you is under the village of Mondaino, built in the mid-1800s and renovated in the 1980s by a couple of London artists, who inhabited it until recently, giving it a simple but creative style.
