We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Bikers and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. There are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas all over the property. Free parking at the house.

The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. About 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.
