Attic studio on the Danube Cycle Path

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

The Réve Blanc roof studio is located 35 km from Nuernberg and is decorated in bright tones. It is quiet and in a beautiful garden area 6 minutes walk to the train station. So you don't have to have a car. Ask for "Sleep and Go offers!" we will give you up to 20% unless it is fair time. We have 2 Tibetan terriers in the house on the garden level. They are herding dogs. They are family oriented. They love children and love to play with them in the garden.

Our AWP apartment boasts a beautiful, bright, and open 120 square meter living space. It features a stunning, luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an extra-large ceramic bathtub. You can comfortably relax in the tub and enjoy the 55-inch TV. The loft also has two additional TVs. The open-plan living and sleeping area is fully furnished (65-inch and 43-inch TVs). A superbly equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals.

The spacious and cozy 53 m² studio apartment on the top floor offers enough space for up to 5 people. The various sleeping options include 1 king-size double bed for 2 people, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 high-quality, folding guest bed. The small kitchenette is suitable for preparing small meals. For cooking, there is a mobile induction hob with 2 hotplates and a 25-liter microwave with grill function. The garden is available to guests.
