The house is next to a few other tiny houses and regular homes, right by the cemetery and the village church (bells are audible). The access road ends just past the house. It has electric heating and is fully connected to utilities.

In a 250 sqm terrace-shaped former beer garden with barbecue area, old chestnuts and linden trees provide natural shade.

The Murner See about 300 m, as well as the directly adjacent Brückelsee with private sandy shore offer many leisure opportunities. The hot tub in front of the terrace can be booked for an extra charge of € 30.00 per night but at least € 90.00. The mini golf course, the campsite and the restaurant Villa Seerano, as well as the GoKart track only 1 km away are our main attraction in the Wackersdorf holiday area.
