Ideal pied-à-terre for your hikes on foot or on horseback (GR 23 to 500 m), to visit the natural and tourist sites of the Seine Normande Loops Natural Park, but also to rest: Here, you are in the countryside, only 30 minutes from Rouen and 10 minutes from the A13.

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Purified, the hut will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to relax alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply live nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets we don't go through with it anymore. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant even in winter.
