Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

La Pool House - Rouen

Après 2 années intenses de travaux, nous y sommes enfin arrivés. Nous avons créé ce cocon d’amour pour vous, pour pouvoir vous ressourcer en couple. Cette maison des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Domaine de la Metairie Tiny House

In the heart of a bicentennial estate of 5 ha with swimming pool, occupied by horses, donkeys, sheep, dogs, a small Norman house will welcome you in an authentic cabin style. It consists of a main room with a sitting area, dining area, a 140 X 190 bed, and a shower/WC room which is located in the kitchenette. Deauville is 30 km away, and Pout Audemer is 15 minutes away.
