Die gemütliche Wohnung (43 qm) mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hofes in Laufnähe zum Simssee. Der Hof befindet sich im Riederinger Ortsteil Beuerberg direkt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Prien am Chiemsee. Der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) verbunden (keine Tür). Der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden. E-bikes können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be beneficial.
