Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family-friendly, pets €12 per day. Close to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shops, and with a farmers' market on Fridays. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
