The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. It spans two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, a low living room, and two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Much of the furniture is antique or from earlier decades – it preserves the original character of the house. The farm is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
