The Granary at Malt House Farm is a contemporary, comfortable, self-contained holiday letting on the outskirts of tranquil Ufford. Besides the modern kitchen and airy living space, a patio provides additional area to relax and unwind. Plenty of walks, cycling routes and 30 minute drive to the beaches make The Granary an excellent base from which to explore Woodbridge, the east Suffolk countryside and beautiful, historic coastline. There are two pubs within a 10 minute walk, both serving meals.

Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Beautiful Suffolk Barn

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Beautiful flat set in a walled garden.

The Old Granary is a lovely apartment set in a walled garden next to Ufford church. Located in the heart of the village with two pubs that serve food in walking distance it is an ideal base to explore the Suffolk Coast. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and the iconic shingle beaches are all in striking distance. The flat has recently been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, smart TV and fast broadband. It has its own garden space where guests can relax or eat outside.

Set on an adult only rural glamping site, the pod is a clever use of space with great views to the outside. It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. The double bed is made up with luxurious bed linen with a dressing table, vanity mirror and wardrobe next to it. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

Cart Lodge

A recently completed annexe above our Cartlodge located in the very picturesque village of Bredfield with countryside views and many areas to walk. We are in easy access to the A12 and Suffolk Coast, 3 miles from the beautiful market town of Woodbridge, 16 miles from the historic coastal town of Aldeburgh and close to Snape with the famous Maltings Concert Hall. There are many great pubs and restaurants close by.
