For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 51 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.

The holiday apartment "Mosers am Sonnenhang", which is situated in Jenbach, overlooks the Alps. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail as this is our profession. The log house is close to our carpentry and small agriculture and is located in the middle of the village, attention not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
