At the same time, you are only about 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach, our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) is located in the typical bathroom style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment offers optimal space for 4 persons; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Vacation home "Meerverliebt"

We offer an apartment in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the first floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the harbor of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and the spa square are a 10-minute walk away. In our seaside resort you will find a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns.

Haus Rosalie - cozy vacation home with sauna

The Rosalie vacation home is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden property of about 500 sqm. People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
