It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. It has direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek to Gager. Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

You have your rest with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours of the entire island There are rarely buses....

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. The sofa bed allows stays with three people. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can reach the cliffs of Bansin in a few minutes on foot. Also within walking distance are: shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.
