Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Farm community in an old mill

Spend the night in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. On a tour of the farm, there is much to discover, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for vegetable cultivation, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and, last but not least, our chicken flock. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other holiday accommodation.

The Lorena apartment is located in the municipality of Dittelbrunn, on the southwestern outskirts of Dittelbrunn in the Lower Franconian district of Schweinfurt in Bavaria. On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.
