A very calm and cosy apartment in an old 17th century mill built on a marvellous 2 acre piece of nature with direct access to the river, swimming pool, bar, outside kitchen with pizza oven - big green egg and jeu de boule. The mill is located close to all touristic areas that make ardeche so special with a 10 minutes ride to the ardeche river valley and canoeing spots, the Chauvet cave, vals les bains and its thermal baths. numerous cycling paths and walks depart directly from the mill.

Village house in the heart of the regional natural park of the Ardèche mountains with a covered terrace and a rooftop with exceptional 360° views of the mountains and the village, equipped with a period barbecue. House on 3 levels typical of Ardèche village houses. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Photos of the different levels 1, 2, 3 + exterior Free parking nearby. Pleasant in summer because the house with its stone walls is cool. Swimming 200 m away.
