It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Very nice modern apartment with private garage,air-conditioned city center near shops,restaurants , historic center, 40 m2 on the 3rd and top floor(without elevator).
